This is by far the broadest and most demanding qualification of the three, a genuine competency-based NVQ requiring you to already be working in a health and safety role with access to a workplace where you can gather evidence. Where the two Level 2 Awards focus narrowly on manual handling and moving people, this Certificate covers health and safety law, risk assessment, monitoring systems and promoting a positive safety culture across your whole role.
